Hi I'm Carrie

Carrie is the behind-the-scenes heartbeat of UpLoft—handling scheduling, organization, logistics, billing, and about a thousand other things that keep the practice running smoothly. If something works well around here, chances are Carrie had a hand in it.

A Bit About Me

Carrie is a breast cancer survivor (chemo and radiation completed in 2024 💪) and brings deep empathy, grit, and perspective to her work.

Before joining UpLoft, she was a high school teacher in Texas for 10 years and a 5th grade teacher in Colorado for another 5 years. She has a gift for connection, a love of systems, and a fierce commitment to supporting both our clients and our family.

While she’s often the first point of contact for new clients, Carrie is also the glue that holds everything together. If you’re reaching out to UpLoft, odds are you’ll be lucky enough to interact with her.
