Group Therapy: Find Your Space

We offer a consistent cycle of structured, small-group therapy experiences led by a therapist. Our groups provide tools, insight, and real-world connection in a setting that's focused, casual, and confidential. We maintain three types of groups throughout the year to serve a variety of needs.

Teen study group

Okay, But Seriously...WTF

A therapy group for teens (ages 13–17) who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or stuck. This group is about getting real, breaking things down without the cringe, and building emotional tools that actually work.

  • Focus: Emotional regulation skills, understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, and shifting unhelpful patterns.

  • Who It’s For: Teens (Ages 13-17), all genders.

  • Next Cycle Start: The first Tuesday of the month (Running in 8-week blocks). 

    • Specific day and time will be confirmed upon enrollment.

  • Logistics: Held at the UpLoft Office in Downtown Castle Rock, CO.

The Field Manual

This is a no-nonsense space for adult men who are tired of burnout, emotional rigidity, and feeling disconnected.

We skip the fluff and provide practical tools and strategies to manage modern pressures. This is not a "fix-it" workshop; it's a place to practice showing up honestly, strengthen your internal foundation, and navigate life's challenges with more competence.

  • Focus: Core skills in emotional intelligence (not just "feelings," but practical awareness), managing stress without shutting down, and strengthening personal and professional relationships.

  • What You Get: A strategy for responding to high-pressure situations, not just reacting to them.

  • Who It’s For: Adult men (Ages 18+).

  • Next Cycle Start: The first Tuesday of the month (Running in 8-week blocks).

This is our flexible offering, designed to meet a specific, high-demand clinical need with a rapid, focused approach.

 

Every 8-week cycle targets a new skill set or specific challenge—giving you a dedicated space to zero in on what you need most right now.

Think of it as a specialized training module. The topic changes, but the commitment to providing practical, effective tools does not.

  • Focus: A new, specialized theme every cycle (e.g., Anxiety & Stress Management, Navigating Life Transitions, Boundaries and Assertiveness).

  • Who It’s For: Varies based on the topic. Check the schedule below for the current demographic focus (Adults, Young Adults, etc.).

  • Next Cycle Start: The first Tuesday of the month (New topic every 8 weeks).
